Tiramisù

able to prepare a tiramisu to my husband for the feast of St. Valentino between screaming and crying of our three children ... is priceless, really!
I do not know how I did, sometimes it seems that as you get a commitment to make everything complicated!
At the end we are successful and the result was ... excellent, and ENJOY!

Ingredients: 500 gr

.
mascarpone 200 gr. Pavesini
of 120 gr. + 2 tablespoons of sugar to sweeten the coffee (to taste) 6 eggs

enough coffee (I made 2 of 3 coffee makers but they have advanced quite a bit ')

unsweetened cocoa powder 1 pinch of salt Preparation

:

Prepare coffee and zuccheratelo (to taste), then let it cool.
Whip the egg yolks with half the sugar until you get a nice clear mixture and creamy. Apart from working for a short time the mascarpone with a whisk and incorporate it to the egg and sugar continue to beat.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt, adding the remaining sugar and add gradually to the whole egg yolk and mascarpone mixture using a wooden spoon, stirring gently from top to bottom so as not remove everything. Start
Pavesini to dip quickly into the coffee and put them in a container, placing them side by side. After the row cover with cream and mascarpone and level.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and start a new row of Pavesini placing it in the opposite direction compared to the previous (if the first row was horizontal will now be vertical). Continue with cream, cocoa and start a new row until all of the ingredients.
I have prepared a roasting pan plus 4 glasses like the one in the picture.
The last layer of cocoa powder on the surface will have to cover all the mascarpone cream.
Store in the fridge for a few hours so that the cake is more compact.
